Lesley Leahy
Owner and Principal
Lesley has over 21 years experience in Settlements. Lesley started the business in 1991 as a small at-home family business which over the years has grown to a successful prosperous business.

Justin Leahy
Licensed Settlement Agent
Justin started working in the industry 10 years ago with a background in the Finance Industry. He has obtained his Diploma of Finance Services (Conveyancing) and also obtained his Settlement Agent License.

Amanda Panizza
Licensed Settlement Agent
Amanda commenced at Floreat Settlements in 2004. Amanda achieved her Diploma of Finance Services (Conveyancing) in 2008. Amanda then obtained her Settlement Agent License later that year.

Michelle Lomas
Senior Conveyancer
Michelle started with Floreat Settlements in 2003 and has worked her way up to Senior Conveyancer.

Leanne Atkinson
Office Assistant
Leanne is currently completing her Diploma of Conveyancing. This course will enable her to take on all roles associated with conveyancing. Leanne has been with Floreat Settlement for 5 years. Leanne's keen eye for attention to detail is critical in her role as office Assistant.
